As the name implies, this herbal drink is sold by the seller carrying it around (gendhong). Mrs. Sri Lestari has been selling jamu gendhong for about 44 years in front of Nongko Market. It turns out that Indonesian First Lady today–Mrs. Iriana Jokowi and her daughter–Kahiyang, are regular customers of this full-benefit herbal drink. Some jamu sold by Mrs. Sri Lestari are white turmeric curcuma, turmeric tamarind, ginger sugar, tamarind sugar, cabai puyang, dodotan brotowali, beras kencur, and adas pulowaras.
